Rainbow 6 Black Arrow and Vegas were, to me, awesome MP games. I cut my teeth on Black Arrow and spend hundreds of hours playing that game.

Agreed. If I only played an Infamous, Uncharted, Little Big Planet, Kill zone, God of War, Ratchet n Clank title with a couple AAA 3rd party's in a year I'd be fine. I've gone frm playing tons of meh games to really getting I to the good ones and playing the hell out of them as a gamer. Quality over quantity.
That guy was me. About 3 hours ago I was creeping up a riverbank to take an enemy encampment and BAM this fricking croc jumped out and got my ass. I am playing with Sennheiser 380HD pro headphones and it scared me so bad I screamed like a little girl.

I gave up on Bethesda a long time ago. I sunk many hours into fallout oblivion and sky rim. Its so damn buggy and after a game breaking glitch in sky rim that made me lose 67 hours I simply walked away. It pains me because I love sandbox games but after plating both infamous titles and all trophies in festival I realized what my new favorite IP is. Infamous is hands down my favorite open world game.
Agreed.I put 20 hours into Fallout before I even started the main quest. Same with Skyrim. As soon as I am outside I just start walking and never stop lol

I think this will be a case of the "port problem" that the PS3 faces. If devs simply code for a different console and port the game, not utilizing the systems specific hardware, then expect nothing spectaculiar. However, there are devs out there (NaughtyDog, SuckerPunch, Media Molicule) that coded FOR the PS3 and well, those games look and play outstanding.
For me, I am all about the games that devs took the time to properly code and optimize. I am a huge SP gamer ...
I would be more excited for this than to hear the new Rainbox 6 has no loadouts, perks and you can host your own lobbies.
Same here with the Infamous 2 game! I know for a fact that Infamous is worth 60 bones. The only games coming up that I plan on buying is The Last of Us and Bioshock Infinite.
There are only a few select title that make me feel like a teenager at Christmas, in turn, leading me to midnight releases.
